DISTANCE SALES AGREEMENT & PRELIMINARY INFORMATION FORM

This Distance Sales Agreement ("Agreement") is made between the Seller and the Buyer in accordance with the provisions of consumer protection laws and e-commerce regulations. By accepting this Agreement, the Buyer agrees that they have been informed about the products, payment, and delivery conditions before purchasing.

2. SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT This Agreement regulates the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and delivery of products or services ordered by the Buyer from the Seller’s website.

3. PRODUCT(S) AND PAYMENT TERMS

  • The Buyer shall pay the total price of the product(s) as stated on the website, including taxes and additional costs (if applicable).
  • Payment can be made through the methods specified on the website.
  • The order will be processed once the payment is received.

4. DELIVERY TERMS

  • The products will be delivered to the address specified by the Buyer within the estimated delivery period mentioned on the website.
  • Any delay caused by force major events (e.g., natural disasters, transportation disruptions) is not the responsibility of the Seller.

5. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL & RETURN POLICY

  • The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the Agreement within 14 days of receiving the product, without providing any reason.
  • The product must be unused and returned in its original packaging.
  • Customized or personalized products are non-refundable.
  • The return process must be initiated by contacting the Seller.
